
The University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ghana’s premier health-focused university, has officially opened admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Interested applicants can now purchase an application e-voucher and begin the online application process via the UHAS admissions portal: http://admissions.uhas.edu.gh(https://admissions.uhas.edu.gh). The deadline for submission of completed forms is July 25, 2025.
UHAS welcomes applications from a variety of backgrounds:

Diploma holders seeking direct entry into level 200 or 300 based on FGPA.
International students with recognized qualifications (must be translated and validated by GTEC).
Mature applicants, provided they meet the specific programme requirements.
Programmes on Offer
Admissions are open for multiple undergraduate programmes across the following schools:
* School of Medicine
* School of Pharmacy
* School of Public Health
* School of Nursing and Midwifery
* School of Allied Health Sciences
*School of Sports and Exercise Medicine
Fred N. Binka School of Public Health (Hohoe campus)
Each programme has specific entry requirements, and applicants are advised to check the official site for full details before applying.
Applicants must purchase an e-voucher at a cost of GH¢220 via USSD (*920*224*1#), mobile money, VISA, or MasterCard. The voucher contains a serial number and PIN which are needed to complete the online form.
All applicants are required to upload:
* Academic certificates or result slips
* A recent passport-size photo (white background, both ears showing)
* A valid national ID (for Ghanaian applicants)
* Transcripts (for diploma and international applicants)
Foreign applicants should ensure their certificates are validated by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). Upon successful admission, they will also be required to acquire a Non-Citizen Ghana Card.
UHAS has advised prospective students to be cautious of third parties offering to “assist” with admissions. The university does not authorize anyone outside its official portal to handle or guarantee admissions.
