Wendy Shay Allegedly Falls on Stage During GMB 2025 Grand Finale Performance

A surprising moment unfolded at the Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) 2025 Grand Finale this evening at the National Theatre when Ghanaian musician Wendy Shay stumbled and fell just after completing her energetic performance.
The incident happened moments after she finished her set and was walking backstage. According to eyewitnesses, Wendy appeared to lose balance and fell near the stage exit. The camera crew quickly shifted focus away from the scene, preventing the moment from being broadcast live to the full audience.
Many in the crowd were left wondering what caused the fall. From what I personally observed, it seemed her outfit and high heels may have contributed to the accident. Despite the brief commotion, Wendy was swiftly assisted by stage attendants and security.
The audience expressed concern, but it appeared that Wendy was not seriously injured.
