Ghana Police service announced date for 2025/2026 Recruitment Body screening and documentation

The security services recruitment screening exercise begins on the 12 of January. The ministry of Interior announced that, not all the security services will start their screening on the same day or date. This is done to reduce pressure at the various screening centers. The ministry also noticed that, majority of the applicants applied to not less than 2 services therefore making it unfit for them to attend screening on the same day for two two or more services the applicant applied for.

In view of this, the ministry has decided to scheduled the screening date for each security service and to be done one after the other with police service starting on the 12 January.

What this means is that, if you didn’t apply for police, you are not part of the 12th January batch and you shouldn’t step out to the venue.
Other security services like immigration service, fire service and prison services applicants will also start receiving messages for their screening after 15th January.
The ministry also affirmed that, the entire exercise for the screening for all the 4 security services will end on 4th February 2026.
Applicants are advised to keep their vital documents such as Birth certificate, application summary sheet, qualifications certificate and every necessary documents as required by the system in order to avoid last minute haste.
The other services applicants should keep checking on their application portal for further information.
