Interior ministry opens complaints channel for C-SERP for 2025/2026 Aptitude test applicants

  • The Interior ministry has launched a complaint platform for all applicants taking the Aptitude test.

Applicants has faced a lot of technical problems when taking the Aptitude test. This has sparks a lot of concerns and frustration among the applicants leaving them without hope. Most applicants complained of technical issues about the Auto proctor system introduced for the strict investigation for the online Aptitude test. The system has worked for some applicants but couldn’t work for others taking same test.

Some says it may be network issues and others also said it may be a system fault from the interior ministry in charge of this Aptitude test.

People faced similar problems such as , No facial detection, Test submitted automatically despite not answering the questions, some too logged in and experienced blank screen ( No test found).

Some applicants also complained that, they haven’t finished answering the questions yet the system forcefully submitted the test. This is abnormal and can’t be overlooked.

The ministry thought wise to provide a platform for applicants who fall victim to such incidents and steps shall follow to address all concerns properly.

The format to follow to submit your concerns to the emails.

1. Enter your application ID

2. Indicate the incident date and time

3. Add your telephone number

4. State the problems faced during the test . Example

1. Couldn’t start test

2. Cannot login

3. Test taken but still showing start                test

Provide the necessary problems faced that has interrupted the test taken.

The ministry also emphasized that applicants should provide concerns properly so that they problem can be identified and solved easily.
