A 20 years guy, Emmanuel wanted for allegedly stabbing and killing a pregnant woman in Upper Denkyira Municipality
A young man identified as Emmanuel Baisie, believed to be in his 20s, has allegedly stabbed and killed a pregnant woman, Achiaa Francisca, during a domestic altercation at Dunkwa-On-Offin in the Upper Denkyira East Municipality of the Central Region.
The incident occurred when Francisca reportedly intervened in a scuffle between Baisie and her younger sister, Georgina Aubyn, last night.
According to eyewitnesses, Baisie, who shares a four-year-old daughter with Georgina but allegedly fails to support the child, became violent during the confrontation.
In a fit of rage, Baisie is said to have fatally slashed Francisca’s throat and also inflicted knife wounds on Georgina’s lower abdomen, allegedly accusing her of infidelity.
Both victims were rushed to the Dunkwa Government Hospital, where Francisca and her unborn baby were pronounced dead. Georgina remains in critical condition at the hospital’s emergency unit.
