The “D+” grade is assigned to students who obtain marks between 55% and 59%. This indicates a marginal pass, meaning the student has met the minimum requirements but has significant areas that need improvement.

A “D” is given to students scoring between 50% and 54%, which is the lowest passing grade. It suggests that the student has barely met the required standards and needs to work harder in future courses.

Finally, any score below 50% results in an “F,” which represents fail. This means the student has not met the necessary criteria to pass the course and will likely need to retake or resit it to progress in their studies.

The grading system at UDS is crucial in determining students’ academic progress.
