Following several complaints, the Ministry has responded swiftly, assuring applicants that measures have been put in place to address the situation and restore confidence in the process.

According to the Ministry, they received numerous reports about system distortions experienced by some candidates during the test. Some applicants indicated that they could not see the test in their portal, while others were not taken through the enrolment and verification stages before the examination. There were also cases where the system displayed “test successfully completed” even though the applicant had not taken the test.

To resolve the problem, applicants have been directed to use only laptops or desktop computers with Google Chrome installed. They are also required to enable JavaScript, allow all third-party cookies and clear their browser cache before starting the test. The Ministry cautioned that the use of mobile phones could lead to possible disqualification.

For those who experienced blank screens, were unable to complete enrolment and verification, or were wrongly marked as having completed the test, the Ministry has urged them to remain calm. It assured that all affected applicants will receive an SMS notification inviting them to retake the examination from 13th to 15th February.

Authorities emphasized that the new dates apply strictly to affected Category A applicants and will not disrupt the timetable for Category B or any other remaining categories.

The Ministry also drew attention to another possible issue involving the upload of incorrect or low-quality passport photographs during Phase One of the application. Affected applicants have been advised to revisit the portal and upload a clear passport picture sized 530 by 413 pixels on either a red or white background.

Meanwhile, the Ministry reiterated that all test results will be released after 23rd February 2026, following a thorough AI screening process.
