appointments, biased school allocations, and protocol favoritism—a key meeting was held on 29th May 2025.
This meeting brought together the Functional Executive Committee (FEC), the Gender Minister, Regional
Ministers, Parliamentary Leadership, and School Feeding Coordinators at the national and regional levels.
After extensive discussions, the following decisions were agreed upon:
Key Resolutions:
1. Protocol: All existing protocol-based allocations are hereby reduced to only 10%.
2. Audit of Current Allocations: A full audit will be carried out to confirm actual beneficiaries to
prevent abuse.
3. Ban on Cross-Border Allocations: All caterer appointments must remain within the appropriate
district.
Implementation & Oversight
To ensure a fair and effective execution of these resolutions, an Implementation Team is hereby
established in each region:
1. Implementation Team
• Regional Minister (Chair)
• Member of Parliament (MP) [Where Applicable]
• Municipal/District Chief Executive (MMDCE)
• Regional School Feeding Coordinator
• Constituency Chairman (CEC)
• Constituency Women Organizer (CEC)
• One female member of the Constituency Executive Committee
Subsequently the General Secretary will put together a team to monitor the exercise in the regions.
We count on your full commitment to deliver a reformed and fair system that serves our communities effectively.
