To obtain your National Service certificate, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the NSS Certificate Portal: Go to the online portal to initiate the certificate request process.
Step 2: Check Certificate Status: Enter your NSS Number to verify and check the status of your certificate.

Step 3: Fill in Required Details: Provide your residential address, Ghana Post digital address, area of residence, closest landmark, city, and region.
Step 4: Electronic Consent Authorization: Draw your signature (it doesn’t have to be exact) and submit the consent form.
Step 5: Preview Details: Review pre-filled and entered details, including your ID card and signature.
Step 6: Payment: Choose a payment platform (MTN Mobile Money or Express Pay) to pay for delivery (currently GHC 31.52).
Step 7: Payment Approval: Approve the transaction on your mobile money wallet.
Step 8: Certificate Delivery: Your certificate will be delivered to your specified location within 48 hours.
Additional Requirements:
Complete your mandatory one-year national service
Have a fair assessment from your supervisor on the annual evaluation form
Submit the assessment form to the District office
