The National Teaching Council Announced to release GTLE examination two results

JUSMAnewshub - 14th December,2025

The National Teaching Council has announced that the results of the 2025 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination Two will be released on Monday, December 15, 2025. The announcement was made through a public notice issued by the Public Affairs Unit of the Council, under the Ghana Education Service.

According to the notice, the results apply to candidates who sat for the second phase of the licensure examination this year. The Council says the release of the results forms part of efforts to ensure transparency and timely communication with teacher trainees across the country.

Candidates who completed their academic programmes in 2025 will be able to check their results once they are released. However, such candidates will not be allowed to print their licensure certificates immediately. The Council explained that certificate printing will only be possible after the graduation lists from their respective institutions are officially submitted and validated.

This means newly graduated candidates should not panic if they are unable to print their certificates right away. The delay is purely administrative and depends on the readiness of graduation records from colleges and universities.

The National Teaching Council also addressed concerns about incomplete results. It stated that candidates whose institutions have failed to upload their teaching practice scores will see “IC” indicated for Pedagogy on their results. The “IC” simply means the Pedagogy component is incomplete and does not necessarily mean the candidate has failed.

Affected candidates are advised to follow up with their institutions to ensure that all outstanding teaching practice scores are uploaded as soon as possible. Once the required data is submitted, the Council will take steps to update the affected results accordingly.

The Council urged all candidates to remain calm and rely on official communication channels for accurate information. It warned against misinformation and encouraged candidates to avoid unofficial platforms that may spread false details about the results.

The National Teaching Council reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining standards in teacher professionalism and assured candidates that necessary steps are being taken to address all outstanding issues related to the examination process.
